KBTam zirconia ceramic sleeves are precisely manufactured under a set of effective on-line quality control and inspection systems as well as well-organized management, which are developed and renovated by the yearly efforts of our proud engineers and staff.

Inner diameter is one of the key points among all of the technical specifications. KBTam SC, FC and ST split mating sleeves are applied with the smaller tolerance zone at Ø2.496±0.0005 for better mating performance on stability and repeatability. It is then required the processing and polishing work on inner diameter are well done and controlled within 0.001mm (less than or equal 1µ) range. As a result, Pull-out force is tested as better normal distribution (the sketch graph below shows a typical distribution when 3~5N force is required).

For each single sleeve, Pull-out Force is absolutely tested on two sides.

Insertion Loss has been inspected and recorded on less than 0.10dB, or less than 0.16dB after 500 mating tries. This performance is very satisfied to our current buyers from both China and overseas.

Connection Durability is listed as not less than 500 matings (or times) for current standard accepted by our most customers. However, all of KBTam split mating sleeves are made with high density and have played excellent abrasion resistance in the past years.
